You see the new builds and the works declared in the areas you serve, review the available details and organise which projects you want to explore for possible cooperation.

Email alerts on the days you choose, once a week or once a month, at the time that suits you; up to 10 saved searches, each with its own alert. You choose what interests you (new apartment buildings, other permits, renovations and small-scale works, demolitions), in which municipalities or within what radius. The news also appears inside the app, so the emails are optional. The email contains what has been registered since the previous one; if there is nothing new, it is not sent.

Yes. You save projects in your own list and note down what you have reviewed or what your next step is. The notes are private.

Yes. You combine several municipalities and keep up to 10 saved searches. The limit applies to saved searches, not to projects or to ordinary searches on the map.

For new apartment buildings: municipality and wider area, kind and date of act, levels, built area and parking spaces, and whether a company appears on the act (without the company name). For the other acts: how many each area has. Also the counters and full examples (new apartment building, renovation, insulation, doors and windows). Address, company name, all acts, alerts and organisation: in Pro.

€19.90 + VAT a month or €190 + VAT a year (24% VAT; the final amount is shown on the pricing page and before payment). The two plans give the same features. Both renew automatically and you can stop the next renewal whenever you like.

It is the annual price expressed per month. With the annual plan you pay €190 + VAT in one charge for 12 months; you are not charged every month. Compared with 12 monthly charges of €19.90 + VAT, you save €48.80 + VAT.

No. Before you pay, you can see the map for free, the basic details of the new apartment buildings, the counts per area and full examples for each kind of work. The monthly subscription has no commitment: if it does not suit you, you stop the renewal.

Yes. Pro includes a business profile, where you present your services, the areas you serve, work samples and your availability. You choose when to publish it and which business contact details are shown.

From your profile you choose the availability status and, if you wish, a start date and a short note. The page shows when you last updated it. When the information needs renewing, a notice appears.

You can stop the next renewal from your account. Access stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. When it ends, your business profile stops appearing publicly. The refund policy is described in the terms of use.

Your subscription gives you tools for searching, organising and presenting your business. The suitability of a project, availability and the terms of any cooperation are confirmed between the businesses involved.

Yes, xtizetai can go on your phone's home screen as an app, with no app store. On Android (Chrome): menu ⋮ → “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”. On iPhone (Safari): Share button → “Add to Home Screen”. It opens straight into the Pro app.

For the organisation of the information, combined searching, the links between records, your own list and the updates. The data remain available at their official sources.

Yes. The project sheet has links to the official acts and the PDFs on Diavgeia. xtizetai organises the information; the public source remains accessible.

Where the act names a company, it appears with its role (e.g. “Project owner”). The project owner is not necessarily the builder or the person in charge of purchasing.

No. We do not offer a contact directory for every project and we do not publish the details of natural persons from the permits.

A permit is not an invitation to bid and does not confirm that a crew or supplier is needed. The details help your research.

The permit does not establish this. The published acts are shown, not the stage of the construction site.

On the free map: the new apartment buildings (at least 4 levels and housing on 2 or more floors). In Pro: all TEE building acts on Diavgeia from the last two years, that is, building permits for every building, revisions and updates, pre-approvals, demolitions and small-scale building works approvals (renovations, external wall insulation, doors and windows, roofs, etc.). The map includes those with a location on the form (about 9 in 10); the rest appear in the list. See the coverage criteria.

Every day at 7 pm, when almost all of the day's acts have been posted, and also every 2 hours from Monday to Saturday (09:00–17:00). Those posted later appear in the next update. The time of the last successful update is shown on the home page; if an update does not complete, we show that.
